Shipping Method: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage. Bright Highes is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels sent without tracking.

Condition Upon Arrival: Returned items must reach us in a re-sellable condition. Items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging during return shipping may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Although we take great care to ensure quality and accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Exchanges
At this time, Bright Highes does not process direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase the same item in a different size or color, we recommend returning the unwanted product for a refund and placing a new order for the desired piece. This ensures faster processing and clearer inventory tracking for both you and us.
