Return Eligibility

Returns may be initiated under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order

• Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance promotions are not eligible for return

• Accessories (e.g., earrings, undergarments) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Returned items must be in re-sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a defect or was not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include clear photos and your order number in your message. Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

No Exchanges at This Time

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
